sorry, was that too loud? seriously, jiffy is just great all around. the corn muffin mix is quite tasty and makes more than muffins: cornbread (aka johnny cake) and cornbread fritters are some of our favorites. their website has all kinds of recipes for all of their mixes, and at 40-50 cents a box it's easy to come out ahead.
