No, I am actually a very disciplined debit card user. Thats why I had an online account for Capital One. Once I get paid, I make sure I pay all my bills for the month, then put a large amount into my capital one account.
I have an estimated amount I would spend for the month (like going out, going to clubs, etc, etc). I leave that on my debit card. If am I left with anything before my next month's paychecks, I will put the left overs into my capital One account.
It takes like 4 days to get money if I want to transfer it from my cap one account.
Thats why I've become such an effective saver over the past year.
I am very aware when I shop with my debit card, I know it's my money I am using, and I am incredibly conscious of that fact
