Yes, I use chicken in it there are several good recipes for it on
http://allrecipes.com/Default.aspx I vary it depending on what I have on hand, sometimes I make it vegetarian if we have friends coming who don't eat meat. It is excellent and makes a lot.
Tonight's menu: Chili, leftover cesar salad and some kind of pudding
