1.5 lb pork tenderloin ($3 at food auction) and instant mashed potatoes (from the depths of the pantry!)... reminded me just how much i hate instant mashed potatoes!
luckily, tomorrow starts my new budget month. and it's sales paper day, too. woohoo!
