Money Confessions – Where Did It Come From?

This is part of a series of money confession from people that wrote to me at the end of a speech I gave last month. The confessions were quite interesting and these are some of them I felt worth sharing. This is number 10 in the series:

“When my wife asked where I got the money, I told her that I had saved it. I really took a second mortgage out on our house.”

This is not going to be good for the relationship. No matter how mad you think she will be finding out how you got the money, she’ll be infinitely more upset when she finds out the truth.
