That whole series was wonderful, I’m glad frontline offers all their shows for free. They had another good one on advertising/marketing that was interesting as well.

Humph, CC companies are in it for the money, plain and simple, people who want to borrow will borrow, People who want to pay will find a nice free calculator online.

Why would it be their job to save the borrower money! Nice yeah, but a requirement?
