I've stayed away from reading books that are not where I am simply because I know they can't help me currently. Besides,there's so much available at my current level. Why waste time? I know when I'm ready to move up those same books and more will be available. Regarding taking action, when I've done it as opposed to sticking my head in the sand the way I feel about myself is more positive, even if I don't get the desired outcome. There's something about movement that makes me feel I'm accomplishing something. That way guilt doesn't creep in. On that note I have something to tackle that I've been avoiding most of the day.
