Money Confession – How Rich People Look

I spoke at an event with an audience of about 100 or so people and asked them to anonymously write down a secret money confession. I found what they wrote to be quite interesting and shall share some of the more powerful of those confessions. This is number 4 in the series:
“People think that I’m poor because of the way I dress. I have over $1 million in the bank.”

I believe a lot of people would be surprised to find out who in their neighborhood is wealthy. If you are truely wealthy you don’t need to show it.
When you don’t feel obligated to show your wealth is when you know that you are truly wealthy.
It’s good that they think that. Otherwise they would be hitting you up for money all the time.
My new goal: to be able to make that my money confession!
