UK Money

I was thinking the other day about how money affects our daily lives and decided that I will begin recording some of the ways I see money on a daily basis.

I picked up my dad and his wife from the airport the other day where they had been on a trip in Europe for a month. Upon coming home they emptied their pockets of a bunch of British bills and coins they still had. Even with the new color that US bills have, I still think that our coins and bills are boring compared to a lot of other currencies in the world…

I have family in Europe. It’s a cool place to visit. Lots to see and do. And now that they have the euro, you don’t have to get new currency in every freakin country which are as close together as states in the US. Imagine what a pain it would be if every state had it’s own currency. That’s what urope was like before the Euro
