MSN Search And Win Promotion

MSN Search has come out with a “search and win” promotion to try and get more people to use their search engine. The game is pretty simple. You search like you would normally do so and if you search the correct word combination, a “Use MSN Search…And Win!” link may appear among the regular links. If so, you click on that link and see if you have won an instant prize. Some of the prizes include:

I did a few searches and let me say, I like MSN search a lot! — even if I didn’t win any prizes. I especially like the MSN search result for Save Money that places our main site at #1 and can’t complain about the Personal Finance search that places this little journal here at #5.
While I’m not sure if this will get people to switch, I bet a lot of people at least give it a try – why not, you still get search results and a chance to earn some nice prizes for yourself and charity along the way.
