All of the advertising links we have come through our main site or from <a href="http://www.linkworth.com/?a=501" rel="nofollow">Linkworth</a> which has been quite kind to us lately (knock on wood) with the rest being adsense. We've considered doing some other types of advertising, but we've opted for those that are easiest to use with the best return just becasue we have so many things going on, we don't have time to deal with campaigns that need a lot of adjustment. We have Chitika up, but it has been terrible lately and we'll likely take them down soon. We have done no offline promotion at all.
