“The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it.” – Henry Thoreau
Change the wording just a wee bit, and that quote could have been said by the authors of “Your Money or Your Life.”
The most valuable thing I got from YMoYL was the idea of “life hours” being paid in exchange for goods–I still evaluate my purchases based on that idea.
